Choc Berry Overnight Oats


Choc Berry Overnight Oats:
  • 1 1/2 tbs goji berries
  • 1/3 cups oats
  • 1 tsp cacao powder
  • 1 tbs chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 banana, mashed
  • 1 tbs peanut butter
Combine all ingredients and refrigerate overnight.

Honey Cinnamon Banana Overnight Oats


Honey Cinnamon Banana Overnight Oats:

  • 1 banana, mashed
  • 1/3 cup oats
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon 
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/3 milk
  • 2 tbs soy yoghurt
  • 1 tbs chia seeds
Toppings:
  • 1 tbs ABC spread (almond, brazil and Cashew)

Combine all ingredients and refrigerate overnight.

Maple Almond Coconut Bliss Balls


Maple Almond Coconut Bliss Balls

  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1/2 cup coconut flakes
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup.
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
Process ingredients until they come together into a ball. (like cookie dough).
Roll dough into 6 even balls.
Coat balls in chia seeds.
Refrigerate until firm.

Cranberry and Pistachio Overnight Oats


Cranberry and Pistachio Overnight Oats:

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 tbs chia seeds
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/3 milk
  • 1 1/2 tbs cranberries
  • 1 1/2 tbs pistachios
Combine all ingredients and refrigerate overnight.

Blueberry Overnight Oats



Blueberry Overnight Oats:
  • 1/3 cup oats
  • 1/3 cup milk (I used soy)
  • 2 tbs soy yoghurt
  • 2 tbs chia seeds
  • 1 tbs honey
  • 1/3 blueberries
Combine all ingredients and let to set overnight.

Toppings:
  • 1 tbs ABC spread (almond, brazil and cashew nuts)
  • small handful coconuts flakes.
Top with toppings:

Best Burger Ever!


Best Burger Ever!:

Caramelized Onion and Mushrooms:

  • 1/4 Onion
  • 2 Mushrooms, sliced
  • Salt and Pepper
Cook onion and mushrooms very slowly in a small amount of oil until caramelized. (golden brown)  

Beef Pattie:

  • 1 cup Mince Beef
  • 1/2 tsp Digon Mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Vegemite (Australian Yeast Spread you can use Marmite or 1/2 a Beef Cube) 
  • 1 tsp Tomato Paste
  • 1 tbs Dried Mixed Herbs
  • Salt and Pepper 
Combine all ingredients and roll into a ball
Add pattie to a heated and greased pan. (slightly flatten pattie).
Cook pattie 5 mins each side. 

Avocado and Pesto Spread:
Combine ingredients until they form a spread.

Condiments:
  • 2 slices of Bread, toasted
  • Sliced Cucumber
  • handful Spinach
  • Cheese
Assemble your burger any way you like it.

Honey Roasted Peanut Butter


Honey Roasted Peanut Butter:

  • 375g Raw Peanuts
  • 1/3 cup Organic Honey
Roast peanuts on a tray until they start to realise their oils and go golden.
Process peanuts and honey until the forms a paste.
