Blueberry Oats


Blueberry Oats:
  • 1/2 cup Oats
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup Blueberries
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbs Nut Butter (I used Chia and Almond)
  • 1- 2 tbs Honey 
  • Small handful Coconut Flakes
Cook oats in milk.
Top with remaining ingredients.

Enjoy!

Avocado on Toast with Dukkah, Garlicky Spinach Tomatoes and a Poached Egg


Avocado on Toast with Dukkah, Garlicky Spinach Tomatoes and a Poached Egg:

Serves: 1

Toast Avocado Dukkah...

  • Toast 2 slices of good quality bread.
  • Spread 1/2 an Avocado on Toast.
  • Sprinkle a generous amount of Dukkah* over the Avocado Toast.
*I used Table of Plenty Pistachio Dukkah, which is all natural and gluten free.

Garlicky Spinach Tomatoes...
  • In a fry pan heat 1 tbs of neutral oil. (I used Canola)
  • Add 1/4 diced onion and cook until translucent.
  • Chop 1/2 garlic clove and 4-6 Cherry Tomatoes and add to pan. 
  • Stir in a big handful of Spinach and cook until wilted.

Poached Egg...
  • In a small saucepan bring water to the boil.
  • Once boiled start stir the water with a spoon to create a circle monition.
  • Crack in 1 egg while the boiling water is circling. 
  • Cooked egg until your desired way to eat it.

Ham Tomato Spinach Pizza with Purple Cauliflower Crust


Ham Tomato Spinach Pizza with Purple Cauliflower Crust:

Crust:

  • 1/2 cauliflower flower (I used purple but traditional is fine)
  • 2 eggs
  • salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 180 celsius. 
Process cauliflower raw until finely chopped.
Beat eggs lightly and add to cauliflower.
Season with salt and pepper.
Cook in oven for 5 to 10min.

Toppings:
  • 2 tbs tomato paste
  • 1/4 onion finely chopped
  • 4-6 cherry tomatoes chopped
  • Handful of spinach
  • Handful cheese
  • 1/4 tsp dried basil (or fresh)
Spread tomato paste evenly on pizza crust.
Sprinkle toppings at random.
Cook for 5-10mins until cheese has melted and golden.

Kiwi Chocolate Overnight Oats...


Kiwi Chocolate Overnight Oats:

  • 1 kiwi
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1tbs cacao 
  • 1tbs chia seeds
  • 2tbs agave syrup
  • 1/2 cup milk (I used soy)
  • 2 tbs yoghurt 
Roughly chop Kiwi into cubes.
Combine all ingredients together until well combined.
Refrigerate overnight in a jar or bowl.

Toppings:
  • 1tbs of nut butter of your choice. (I used peanut butter)
  • 1 chopped kiwi
Top with Toppings.
Enjoy!!!

White Bean Dip


White Bean Dip:

  • 1 can organic white beans. Drained and washed.
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
Blend in a food processor until smooth.

Sticky Date Oats


Sticky Date Oats:

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 3/4 cups soy milk (or any other alternative)
  • 2 fresh dates
  • handful pecans
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon 
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • maple syrup
Cook oats in liquid.
Add dates, pecans, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Drizzle with maple syrup.

Chocolate Overnight Oats.

Hi Everyone!,

Yes I now have a Blog and this is my first post!!! Yay :D. 

I am new to this photo editing so I am sorry if my photos look a bit meh, but I will defiantly try my best. I am snapping away using my Nikon SLR D3100. 

I thought it would be easier if I post my recipes online because sometimes typing on a little screen is a bit of a challenge as I am sure you all know. Haha ;D

Chocolate Overnight Oats:


  • 1 banana
  • 1/3 cup oats
  • 1tsp cacao 
  • 1 tbs chia seeds
  • 1 tbs agave syrup (or any other sweetener)
  • 1/3 cup soy milk (or any other alternative)
  • 3 tbs soy yoghurt (or any other alternative)
  • 1 tbs natural peanut butter
Mash the banana.
Combine all the remaining ingredients.
Refrigerate overnight.
Top with Peanut Butter.

Enjoy!
