Banana Pear Smoothie


Banana Pear Smoothie:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 pear
  • 3/4 of milk of your choice (I used soy)
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon 
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp LSA (linseeds,sunflower seeds, almonds)
Blend all ingredients until thick and creamy.
