Banana Pear Smoothie
Banana Pear Smoothie:
1 banana
1 pear
3/4 of milk of your choice (I used soy)
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp LSA (linseeds,sunflower seeds, almonds)
Blend all ingredients until thick and creamy.
Enjoy!
