Honey Cinnamon Banana Overnight Oats


Honey Cinnamon Banana Overnight Oats:

  • 1 banana, mashed
  • 1/3 cup oats
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon 
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/3 milk
  • 2 tbs soy yoghurt
  • 1 tbs chia seeds
Toppings:
  • 1 tbs ABC spread (almond, brazil and Cashew)

Combine all ingredients and refrigerate overnight.
