Honey Cinnamon Banana Overnight Oats:
- 1 banana, mashed
- 1/3 cup oats
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/3 milk
- 2 tbs soy yoghurt
- 1 tbs chia seeds
Toppings:
- 1 tbs ABC spread (almond, brazil and Cashew)
Combine all ingredients and refrigerate overnight.
