Raw Caramel Slice:
Base:
- 1/2 cup Mejool Dates
- 1 1/2 cups Almonds
- 1 tbs Maple Syrup
- 1 tbs Coconut Oil
- 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
Process all ingredients until a fine crumb.
Press into a lined rectangular baking try.
Freeze for 10min.
Caramel:
- 2 cups Mejool Dates
- 1/4 cup Tahini
- 2 tbs Coconut Oil
- 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
- 2 tbs Maple Syrup
- Pinch of salt
- 1/3 Water or more if you need it.
Process all ingredients until thick.
Spread evenly over base.
Refrigerate for 10mins.
Chocolate:
- 1/4 cup Cacao
- 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
- 2 tbs Coconut Oil, melted.
Combine all ingredients and pour over base and caramel.
Refrigerate for 10mins.
