Blueberry Overnight Oats:
- 1/3 cup oats
- 1/3 cup milk (I used soy)
- 2 tbs soy yoghurt
- 2 tbs chia seeds
- 1 tbs honey
- 1/3 blueberries
Combine all ingredients and let to set overnight.
Toppings:
- 1 tbs ABC spread (almond, brazil and cashew nuts)
- small handful coconuts flakes.
Top with toppings:
